Our cornhole sets are made of top quality materials. We build our sets to follow ACA specifications. Our boards are constructed using 1/2" cabinet-grade birch plywood, with a frame made of 2x4s. The plywood is attached to the 2x4 frame using exterior glue / liquid nails and a generous amount of galvanized nails. Our nailers countersink the nails and we fill the holes with wood filler for a smooth and seamless look. The hole and edges of the board are routed using a 1/4" roundover bit for a finished look. The tops and edges are then sanded multiple times for the smoothest surface possible. The legs, also made with 2x4s, are attached with hinges, to allow for easy folding and storing. Our boards are very sturdy and regulation size - 2'x4' with a 6" diameter circle (using a holesaw for precision); the legs raise the top of the board to 12" off the ground. While our boards are built to be played outside, they should not be stored outside.


Our bags are made of duck cloth and are sewn with a triple stitch for extra durability.  We fill the bags with whole feed corn.  These bags are built to last, which is particularly important in a game like this where the bags take quite a beating.  Our bags measure 6"x6" - regulation size and weight.
